View an Employee's Case in the Corporation Portal (HR Portal)
Here's how a corp user can view an employee's case in their portal.
To start - make sure that the appropriate access levels have been given to the corp user. To do this, visit 'Role Management' within the 'Portal Setup' and review the current settings:
With the proper settings configuration, the corp user is able to see the employee's case within the Corporation Portal.
To start, they can search for the employee of select the left menu option for Foreign Nationals (aka Employees/Clients):
Once they have accessed the employee profile, they can view cases under 'Details' and review the case details:
