Add Client Type/Category
Client categories can be used to differentiate the types of clients an organization encounters. These are captured in the Prospects Module.
First, navigate to the Knowledge Base ('Setup' >> 'Knowledge Base') and click on 'Client Categories' under the 'Other Templates' section:
Click on 'Add New Category' and enter the name of the new category:
Now, when you create a new prospective client, or revisit an existing one, you can choose the 'Client Type' to add to their profile:
