Add Appointment/Activity Categories
Here's how to set up the appointment or activity categories to use within the calendar feature.
First, head to the Knowledge Base ('Setup' >> 'Knowledge Base'). Click on 'Appt/Activity Category':
Here you'll see the list of 'Appointment/Activity Categories'. Click 'Add New' to create a new one and enter the categories in the pop-up window:
To edit an existing category, click on the pencil icon, make the changes and click 'Save':
Now, when you visit your calendar you'll see the new appt/activity type:
