Customizing Docs Checklist and Reminders/Steps in a Petition Template
You may realize that your firm would like to customize a template in the Knowledge Base. This article will walk you through that process.
First, navigate to the Knowledge Base ('Setup' >> 'Knowledge Base') and then select the petition you want to modify:
From here, select 'Docs Checklist' from the left-hand menu. You can then select the drop-down to perform several different functions: add documents, copy documents from other petitions, link documents, unlink documents. Additionally, you can remove documents by clicking the trash icon, or edit the document by clicking on the pencil icon:
The same can be done for the petitions 'Reminders/Steps':
