Petition Status Templates
This article will guide you on how to create custom case statuses for you to update on your currently open cases.
First, navigate to the Knowledge Base ('Setup' >> 'Knowledge Base') and select 'Petition Status Templates' in the left menu:
Now, you can add a custom status by clicking 'Add New'. Include a description and click 'Save':
To use this new status, head to the case info page and click on 'Details/Dates' in the left menu. Click 'Edit' and select your new status where it says 'Customized Case Status':
You'll see the updated status under 'Current Case Status':
