View Emails in the Corporation Portal (HR Portal)
Here's how you can access and view emails in the Corporation Portal.
First, let's check to make sure that our Portal Setup access includes emails. To do this, head to Portal Setup and then Role Management. View the email access for each role across corporation, client and case:
Next, any new email created in the Case Manager Portal will need to have it's access set for corporation access (by selecting 'Corporation Only' or 'All'):
Now, any email sent that includes corporation access will be accessible in the Corporation Portal in the respective location from where the email originated (corporation/client/case):
