Digital Docs Access for the Corporation Portal (HR Portal)
Here's how you can grant access for a corp user to have digital docs access.
Within the Portal Setup (located under 'Setup' in the left menu) you can see what digital docs access has been granted to corp users, and make changes if necessary.
To see the current access for a specific corporation, go to 'Portal Setup' and then search for that corporation:
Once in the desired corporation, you'll be able to see the 'Role Management' interface with the current roles and their settings. You can review and change any of the digital docs access across the 'Corporation' or 'Case'. The Foreign National (or Client) section will always have digital docs access enabled.
Important: Any particular document that has been uploaded will need to have the access to either 'Corporation' or 'All' in order for it to appear within the Corporation Portal. This is because some the individual may not want the corporation to have certain confidential information. For that reason the case manager is able to set the access for each individual document:
To see the digital docs within the Corporation Portal, the corp user needs to visit either the corporation, individual or case and select 'Digital Documents':
