Invite User to Corporation Portal (HR Portal)
Here's how you can invite corp users to the Corporation Portal.
Note: Professional Edition can only create one login for the main signatory/contact. Enterprise Edition can invite as many corp users as needed.
Inviting new corp users is has been made very simple with our new 'Portal Setup' module.
To start - go to the Portal Setup module by visiting 'Setup' >> 'Portal Setup'. Look for the corporation you wish to invite the user for and select it (this may be a corporation on default settings, or for who custom settings have been configured):
Once in a specific corporation, you'll select the 'User Management' tab on the left-hand side:
Then select the 'Add New User' button:
This will then allow you to input the information for the new user, select which role they'll belong to and whether or not you want to invite them to the portal immediately:
Once completed, you'll notice that the newly invited user shows up in the 'User Management' dashboard. If for whatever reason the person needs to be invited again, you are able to do so with the 'More Options' icon:
