Filling Out Forms
No longer a manual process, use Fill to complete forms!
Once all the questionnaires have been completed and reviewed, users can easily fill out the forms associated to the case.
From the Case Info page, select Forms.
Click the Fill icon above the form you want to fill.
Confirm the Sponsor/Beneficiary are correct and click OK.
Web-submission:
Some forms will submit directly to the government agency via the web. Follow the instructions in the website to complete the form.
Paper Forms
Other form types will display an editable PDF for review and printing. Users may:
Change the font type and size
Save, print or edit a copy
Do not edit forms! Anything you enter into a form will not be loaded into the application. Therefore, if you have any changes to make, close the form and return to either the questionnaire related to the form or go through the sub-menu items to update any profile item.
Note the form detail is updated once you save the form.
Tips: If you filled out and saved a form, but made subsequent changes to a profile or questionnaire, use the Refresh link to re-fill the form and save a new copy.
