Case Dates/Details Enhancement
In our upcoming release, fields in the Case Details/Dates page are now grouped and re-arranged to make finding and entering data easier.
Petition Package Assembly and Print
Case managers will enjoy our new Print Application feature in our upcoming release. Case managers will be able to view, sequence and print all documents and files for an application.
Petition Categories for Reports
Advanced reporting capabilities are now available in our upcoming release with the addition of petition categories! Our more defined classifications make it easier for you to gather the information that you need.
Process Module 2.0
Also new for the upcoming release is an updated process module page. We've added more relevant fields and have changed reminders and steps to only display the actions do in the upcoming week. The new tabbed interface is easier to work with, displaying fields related to the petition type. Most importantly, data entered into fields – whether in the process module, in the profile or in steps – will sync throughout the application so you don't have to enter information twice.
Phases and Milestones
Our new case phases feature provides a high-level view of a case’s progress. The case phases are also reportable to help improve your processes and productivity!
Email Recipients Enhancement
Our upcoming release will feature additional email functionality, to include access to all contacts associated to a case at client and case level.
Portal Setup 3.2
INSZoom is further enhancing the new portal set-up for HR and Foreign National users to make set up and enabling external portal access more streamlined and clearer.
Role-Based User Management
Super admins can save time and effort by creating role-based preferences. Rather than creating settings for each individual user, The Super User can create security profiles, then create settings for the entire group.
We have updated the questionnaires page to open in edit mode, reducing the number of clicks and pop-ups. The questionnaire itself is now displayed with a tab for each person associated to the record.
INSZoom’s Multi-Factor Authentication is being enhanced to be completely self-service. Even if users change their device or enrollment the firm system administrator will now can reset their access.
To-Do Module Enhancements
New enhancements to the INSZoom To-Do functionality allow for increased task visibility and management across your organization. Users will be able to view and action the To-Do items assigned to other users for increased efficiency and business continuity.
Multiple Firm Addresses
INSZoom is introducing the ability for case managers to store multiple office addresses and choose which one they want to appear on forms for a case.
Client Category Types
INSZoom is introducing all new ‘client category types’ to better accommodate immigration workflows.
