New for May 2020; when an INSZoom user's (Case Manager) account is disabled, SuperUsers have now been provided the ability to adjust the overall billable license count if needed.
Once Disabled, you will now have the option to reduce the overall billable license count at the start of the next billing cycle or maintain the same billable license count.
If you would like to disable the user and reduce your billable license count, select the below and click "Confirm". The billable license count change (before and after) will be noted in blue text.
If you would like to disable the user, but maintain the same billable license count, select the below and click "Confirm". The blue text will denote no change in overall billable license count.
