Go to the main menu, "Setup" then click "Subscriptions".
Then click the new “Storage” subscription menu item.
Total Used Storage compared to your Available Storage will be displayed in the below chart. If already subscribed to Unlimited Storage, it will be denoted in the Available Storage. To view all items using available storage, please click “Free up used storage” to review and delete any if needed.
*Note – Used storage is calculated every night, so if you import or add many new files, the change may not be reflected immediately. Please allow 24 hours to update.
Your current storage subscription configuration will be denoted with the blue “Subscribed” icon. You have the option to either subscribe to “Pay as you go” model and upgrade storage as needed, in 10 GB increments, or request upgrade to Unlimited Storage. To add more storage, simply increment by 10 GB by using the + or – buttons and click the “Upgrade Now” button.
Review your “Pay as you go” storage upgrade request and click “Upgrade” to confirm. The Storage upgrade requested will be added to your account immediately.
*Note -Upgraded storage will be billed from Current Billing Cycle.
Your Storage Upgrade Details will be logged in the table below. Click the table header or + button to expand and view the log table.
Never hit a storage limit by subscribing to Unlimited Storage! Simply click the “Upgrade Now” button on the “Go Unlimited” box to begin the upgrade process.
Review & confirm your request to “Go Unlimited”, an INSZoom Accounts manager will contact you directly to proceed to enable your Unlimited Storage subscription request. Click Cancel to cancel your unlimited storage request.
After confirming the upgrade, an email notification of the pending unlimited storage subscription request will be sent to the administrators.
Pending Unlimited Storage requests can also be cancelled by clicking the “Cancel” button. A cancellation email notification will be sent accordingly and will be removed from the queue. Your previously subscribed storage configuration will be restored.
Subscription and Usage details can be viewed by expanding the related section. The breakdown of items making up your current usage will be displayed. To view uploaded documents navigate to Setup > Settings > Org Tools > Disk Space Usage Details > List Uploaded Docs or click “Free up used storage” hyperlink in the overall Usage chart.
